HTCC refers to the technology that the ceramic powder is made of tape casting with uniform and compact thickness, The tape casting which used technology including laser drilling, microporous grouting and slurry printing is finally fired at 1300 degrees and above. HTCC technology can be used to make various ceramic products, passive/active integrated components and function modules, which can further realize miniaturization and densification of the circuit, so it is particularly applicable to automobile electronic and high-frequency communication components.
