The microwave dielectric technology is described as follows: Firstly, the raw ceramic material, which is in the form of power, with different dielectricconstant ceramic powders with high temperature sintering are used to make the component. The process are pressing, sintering, metallization, electrode manufacturing, assembly, and tuning. After the sintering process, based on these technology process flow, the microwave passive components are fabricated with advantages of high Q value, small package size, and lower temperature coefficient. GLEAD company has successfully and independently developed more than 20 different series microwave material with 5-150 dielectric constant.
